Shipping policy

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping is free and tracked, and duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

From order to doorstep: we email your illustration preview within 48 hours. Production takes 3 to 5 business days after you approve it. Delivery then takes about 7 to 12 business days to the US, the UK and Australia. You'll receive the tracking number by email the moment it ships.

Christmas: order by 1 December and approve your preview within two days and it will arrive before Christmas. After that we'll still make it as fast as we can, but we can't guarantee Christmas delivery.

We ship to the address on your order, so please check it before you approve your preview; parcels can't be redirected once they've left.

Questions: hello@heirlet.com. We reply within 24 hours.
