Refund policy

Every Heirlet figurine is made to order from your photo, so our policy is built around the preview.

Before you approve your preview: cancel any time for a full refund. Email hello@heirlet.com and we refund the same day; it shows on your card within 5 to 10 business days.

After you approve: your figurine goes straight into production, so we can’t refund for change of mind. The preview you approve is exactly what we print.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved: email hello@heirlet.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make and ship a new one free. Nothing needs to be sent back.

If it doesn’t arrive: when tracking shows no movement for 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us and we’ll send a replacement.
